Girls Club at Rockford Volleyball
Rockford Volleyball Girls Club Information
Rockford Volleyball has club teams for girls in both middle school and high school. Our teams range in age from 11 - 18. The club season runs from November until April.
Regional Teams
Regional teams are for athletes wanting to play on a club team that provides the very best coaching, training, and competition, but within the confines of a local/regional competition schedule. Teams have practice twice a week. Each 2-hour practice will also include volleyball position training and/or strength and conditioning. The cost is $1,500 for the season.
Our club season package includes:
1. On-court training 2x per week from November - April
2. Strength and Conditioning 1x per week
3. Position Training 1x per week
4. 10-14 tournament dates, mix of tournament types within 2 hour distance
5. Uniform package includes 2 custom jerseys NEW!, spandex and a backpack
6. All coach and tournament fees. All inclusive fee structure
PRACTICES
All teams practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings at UW Health Sports Factory beginning November 12, 2024.
Tryouts
Summer Tryouts are July 22 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Fall Tryouts are November 2 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Makeup Tryouts are November 3 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Middle School CLUB Season

Parent Meeting

Practices
All club teams will practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Practices run from November 12, 2024-April 2025 at UW Health Sports Factory.
- All teams will practice for 2 hours at either 5-7pm or 7-9pm.
- The team practice schedule will be finalized after tryouts.
Tournaments
A full tournament schedule has not been set yet. It will become available closer to the start of the season.
Tournament entry fees and coaches fees are included in your season dues. You are responsible for transportation, meals, etc.
There are 10-14 tournament play dates a season. Tournament locations vary each year. Regional teams play within a 2 hour radius of Rockford, IL.
