Rockford Volleyball has club teams for girls in both middle school and high school. Our teams range in age from 11 - 18.  The club season runs from November until April.  

Regional Teams

Regional teams are offered for athletes wanting the very best volleyball coaching, training, and competition within a local/regional radius. Teams practice twice weekly for two hours, which includes position training and/or strength and conditioning. The season cost is $1,500.

Our club season package includes:

1. On-court training 2x per week from November - April
2. 2-Hour practices
3. Skills and drills
4. Intra-team scrimmages
5. Strength and conditioning 1x per week
6. Position training 1x per week
7. 10-14 tournament dates, mix of tournament types within 2 hour distance of Rockford, IL
8. Uniform package includes 2 custom jerseys NEW!, spandex and a backpack
9. All coach and tournament fees. All inclusive fee structure
10. Learn in a positive, athlete-centered environment

12U-18U

• Summer Tryouts: July 22 // 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
• Fall Tryouts: November 2 // 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Makeup Tryouts: November 3 // 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

There are 10-14 tournament play dates a season. Tournament locations vary each year.  Regional teams play within a 2 hour radius of Rockford, IL.  
Tournament entry fees and coaches fees are included in your season dues. You are responsible for transportation, meals, etc.
