Girls Club

Rockford Volleyball Girls Club Information

Rockford Volleyball has club teams for girls in both middle school and high school. Our teams range in age from 11 - 18.  The 2020-21 season begins in September.  We offer two levels of club teams, Select and Regional.

2020-21 Teams

Due to COVID-19 and the State of Illinois guidelines, we have adjusted how our club season will run.

Club teams are for those wanting to play on a team that provides the very best coaching and training. Once the State of Illinois COVID-19 guidelines allow for tournament play, we will also offer tournaments, but within the confines of a local/regional competition schedule (No competition further than 90 minutes away). Teams have practice twice a week consisting of volleyball practice which includes 30 minutes of volleyball position training and sports and conditioning training  The 2020-21 season runs September to February.

PRACTICES

All teams practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings at UW Health Sports Factory beginning in September and ending in February.
