Locations:

• Wisconsin Dells Center Dome (Dome) – 2100 River Road, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

  • Parking: $5/day (cash only) at Wisconsin Dells Center (includes in-and-out privileges). 

  • RIVER ROAD IS CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC TO WOODSIDE DOME
    IMPORTANT NOTE: River Road is currently getting repaved from Downtown Wisconsin Dells to the Dome (thank goodness because it desperately needed it!) so EVERYONE will need to come in the back side through the Chula Vista area (Chula Vista Parkway or Golden Ave). The easiest thing to do is to put it in your GPS directions and it should take you around the construction! 

• Wisconsin Dells High School (WDHS) – 1501 Brew Farm Rd, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

  • Everyone will enter at DOOR 5 at the backside of the building where the signs direct you to the event entrance! 

Spectator Information

• Admissions: (5 & Under Free)

  • One-day pass: $15

  • Two-day pass: $25

  • Tickets can be purchased online or at the event (Purchase Ticket Link). A QR code will be issued for check-in. Cash or Credit accepted onsite. 

• Parking: $5/day (cash only) at Wisconsin Dells Center (includes in-and-out privileges). Having exact change for parking will help to speed up the process if there is an extensive line.

• Seating: No outside chairs allowed; spectator seating will be provided.

• Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages allowed at the playing sites.

• Trainers: A trainer will be available at both venues.

• Noise Makers: Not permitted.

Tournament Format 

• Saturday: Pool Play

• Sunday: Bracket Play

• Match Play: Best 2 out of 3 sets (first two to 25, third to 15 if needed, no cap).

• Officiating Responsibilities: Losing teams will officiate the next scheduled match on their court. Be sure to check your officiating duties!

• Early Start: Matches may start early if agreed upon by coaches, officiating teams, and officials. Be at your court 45 minutes before your scheduled match.

Additional Information

• For spectators: Lost wristbands must be re-purchased.

• All sales are final; no refunds for admissions.

• Tournament merchandise will be available on-site.
