We’re excited for the Frozen Festival Tournament this weekend! Please review the important details below to ensure a smooth experience.

Playing Locations & Parking Information

This tournament will be played at:

Wintrust Sports Complex

5499 W 65th Street, Bedford Park, IL 60638

 

Parking:
There is plenty of parking in front and behind the building. Do not park in fire lanes or illegally—violators will be towed at the owner's expense.

 

Spectator Admission & Tickets

 All spectators (11 & up) must have a wristband (10 & under are free).

Tickets must be purchased on-site (no pre-sales). Credit/debit/cash/Apple Pay accepted. 3% fee applies for credit card transactions.

Ticket Prices:

• Weekend Pass: $30

• Single-Day Pass: $20

Doors Open: 7:00 AM on both days.

 

Tournament Format & Rules

• Matches: Best 2 of 3 sets (first two to 25, third to 15, win by 2, no cap).

• Pool Play: Teams will be in 3, 4, or 5-team pools. Most teams play 3 matches on Saturday and 2 on Sunday, but some may have 4 matches on Saturday or 3 on Sunday.

• Warm-Ups:

  • 2-minute shared warm-up, followed by 4 minutes for each team (serving included).

  • If a team plays back-to-back, no additional warm-up will be given.

• Tiebreakers (No Playoff Sets):

  • 2-way tie: Head-to-head result.

  • 3+ teams tied: Match percentage → Set percentage → Point percentage → Coin flip.

 

Streaming & Photography

• All matches will be streamed live on BallerTV: Watch Here

• Picture Pros Photography will be on-site capturing professional team photos and posters.

 

Concessions & Spectator Guidelines

• No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed inside any venue.

• Concessions will be available at each facility.

• Seating: Bleachers are provided—no outside chairs or lawn chairs allowed.

 

Awards & Recognition

• Medals will be awarded to 1st & 2nd place teams in the Gold Bracket of each division.

• Commemorative Bag Tags will be given to each athlete at check-in.

 

Weather Advisory

There is snow in the forecast, so please plan extra travel time and prioritize safety while driving. The tournament will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions.
